My names Rebecca Oftring. I went to school with your sister Brittany. I’ve seen her many pictures with all the different celebrities and I was told its because you, her brother works with public relations. And this is the field I have been intreseted in for quite a while now. I know it says in your about here that you are getting a degree in communications. So I’m not sure i have all the correct information. But if you do work for a public relations firm I would love if you could tell me all about it, and give me some inside on jobs and firms.

Hey Rebecca, thank you for stopping by first of all. I don’t know who told you that I work in PR but sadly they exaggerated my importance. I’ve done some internships and taken a few courses but I have not worked in a professional setting yet. If you’re interested in the industry I would suggest contacting your college’s internship office and getting the ball rolling there. Everyone is looking for interns now that it’s summer and the economy is bad. Lay offs are bad for professionals but they’re great for college students. Good luck to you! Maybe we’ll work together one day.
